GOURMET LINE BLANC MULTIPLE AWARDED

In close cooperation with German star gourmet chefs Sven Elverfeld, Nils Henkel and Tim Raue as well as top designer Mikaela Dörfel, Porzellanmanufaktur FÜRSTENBERG has developed gourmet line BLANC, excelling in all the demanding rigours of upscale cuisine.

Noble design, highest quality and extraordinary functionality - these are the characteristic properties of this series which has already been awarded with the iF product design award 2012, the German Design Award 2013 and the Design Plus Award 2013. The plates with their various depths, radii and rim sizes and the innovative cloche allow for an impressive staging of foods. More than that, the practical details such as the surface feel of the matt-polished glaze-free reverse sides of the objects also convince the demanding amateur chef.
