In physical terms, white is the sum of all colours - so white can be harmoniously combined with any other colour. But even table culture entirely in white has its appeal not only on festive occasions. What is special about FÜRSTENBERG: all dishes and objects have the same whiteness and can therefore be arranged together as desired. High-quality white porcelain from FÜRSTENBERG always brings an exclusive lightness and noble restraint into the interior.

BLANC - A PASSION FOR PROFESSIONALS AND CHEFS

The BLANC gourmet line combines the wishes and demands of top chefs Sven Elverfeld, Nils Henkel and Tim Raue in design, quality and functionality, which designer Mikaela Dörfel has created in an exclusive form. Different plate depths, large radii and different flag sizes give the white porcelain its special refinement and variety.

The pure white of porcelain not only gives the collection its name, but also serves professional chefs as well as passionate amateur chefs as a "canvas" on which they can arrange their dishes in style. The plate series with cloche, sauce boat and two gourmet spoons is available in a fully glazed and a partially frosted version. The unique design was awarded the if product design award 2012 in gold, the German Design Award 2013 and the Design Plus 2013.

The gourmet line BLANC is just one of many excellent white porcelain series from FÜRSTENBERG, and the white TOUCHÉ cup series was awarded the red dot award: product design 2012.

AURÉOLE was honoured with the red dot "Honourable Mention" in 2014 for particularly successful detailed solutions. The tableware series FLUEN designed by Alfredo Häberli for the FÜRSTENBERG porcelain manufactory was awarded the German Design Award 2018. The regular awards honor FÜRSTENBERG's claim to combine centuries-old craftsmanship with modern design.
