DINNER IS SERVED
A feast for the eyes
AN EXPERIENCE FOR ALL SENSES
A feast for the eyes! A nicely arranged plate makes you want to eat. With a few tricks you can arrange your dishes tasty. With beautiful porcelain you impress your guests not only with the taste but also with the look.
Less is more. A moderately filled plate is inviting and appetizing. For example, use white tableware as shown here in the pictures. That way, your dishes will really come alive. Place meat or fish in the middle of the plate. Next to it you can arrange the side dishes. Leave some space between the components. You can fill in the gaps later with herbs or edible flowers. Make sure that the colour scheme of the dish and the menu is beautiful.
By the way: If you warm the plates before serving, the food will not cool down as quickly.
The combination of top gastronomy and hotel business and finest manufactory porcelain is an experience for all senses. Respected star restaurants with their famous chefs and well-known luxury hotels worldwide rely on high-quality porcelain from FÜRSTENBERG.
Gourmet linie BLANC
High quality and noble design
BLANC is not only popular with hobby chefs, but also meets the high requirements of award-winning cuisine - functionally and with the necessary creative freedom for individual styles of arrangement. The change between matt and glazed surfaces makes it easy, especially for beginners, to arrange their dishes on the plate in an interesting and appetizing way.
Tapa
Clear shape
Whether Mediterranean appetizers, Asian specialties or exquisite buffets: TAPA creates the ideal stage for your dishes. With its differently sized bowls, the shape offers many possibilities for creative arrangement. The gentle inclination of the inner bottom of the longer bowls catches liquids on the lower side. The matching pourers are equally suitable for sauces and dressings or for snacks and nibbles. Creatively arranged, the bowl-shaped spoons create decorative ensembles on the plate.
QI
Simple and perfect
Inspired by Asian philosophies of life, the 5-piece QI bowl set completely redefines the concept of surface and feel. All items are individually hand-polished on the unglazed outer sides and leave a smooth feeling. Placed inside each other, the bowl set is inspired by the slowly opening flowers of a water lily. With only five pieces, this tableware is already complete. A large plate, three bowls of different sizes and a small drinking cup offer the right vessel for all dishes. The smallest bowl forms the centrepiece as a tea and dipping bowl and is surrounded by a delicate relief line.
