Fine manufactured porcelain makes tableware a pleasure for all the senses.
Tableware for modern living environments
At FÜRSTENBERG, we create tableware collections with great attention to detail that outlast their time. "Wishes to eat well" was once said. And this is still true today: cooking and enjoying together is the trend. The tableware becomes the stage for lovingly prepared meals. Modern tableware culture must fulfil individual wishes The collections of Porzellanmanufaktur FÜRSTENBERG therefore offer many possibilities to put together tableware according to your personal preferences.
Individual tableware: white or colourfully decorated
Porcelain today must be flexible and versatile, it must be possible to arrange and stage it again and again. FÜRSTENBERG therefore focuses on timelessly elegant shapes that blend harmoniously into the ambience in white. With different decors - from discreet to extravagant, from classic to modern - individual accents can be set, above all because all decors can be easily combined with white porcelain.
The FLUEN tableware collection by designer Alfredo Häberli is characterised by soft, flowing shapes. Two coloured decors - SHIFTING COLORS and FINE LINES - take up the flowing lines in very different ways and also create individual table culture in combination with the white form.
Refined details make the tableware from FÜRSTENBERG and SIEGER by FÜRSTENBERG unique. Guaranteed drip-free pots, stackable cups and functional accessories such as matching cloches or porcelain spoons fulfil all the wishes of amateur chefs as well as those of upscale gastronomy. With the individual selection of plates, bowls, cups and additional items, personal table culture can be created in an uncomplicated and harmonious way.
With the tableware MY CHINA! designer Michael Sieger has thought functionality into the maximum. The secret of the service lies in its three different basic shapes that can be combined with each other: the straight cylindrical shape, the curved coup shape and the generously opening conical shape. With this diversity, every host becomes a creative creator of ever new table arrangements.
FÜRSTENBERG
is Germany's second oldest porcelain manufactory. Since 1747, noble
manufactory porcelain has been produced in Fürstenberg in southern Lower
Saxony with passion and precision. Perfection down to the last detail
is only possible because even today the majority of porcelain production
is based on handicraft. This is still the motto at FÜRSTENBERG: A cup
goes through 100 hands.
Great dedication and care is required, for example, in the manufacture of the double-walled OMNIA cups and bowls. The thin-walled individual parts are carefully joined at the edge. Due to the double wall it is also possible to hold hot drinks in the cup or hot soups in the bowl without a handle.
Porcelain Trend Mix & Match
Long allowed in fashion and in the interior, today it is also possible to combine as you please on the laid table: Grandma's old porcelain meets new, modern forms; décors are put together individually; white porcelain is rearranged again and again with a few coloured pieces. Porcelain from FÜRSTENBERG offers a special advantage for the Mix & Match Trend, because the constant whiteness of all articles creates a harmonious basis across all shapes and decors.
Whether a combination of the Asian inspired form AURÉOLE with the classics of the form WAGENFELD in Bauhaus style (picture above left) or the combination of the noble decor ESTE in discreet green tones with historical breakthrough plates (picture above on the right): Mix & Match is pure pleasure in individual dining culture.
