MY CHINA! · CA' D'ORO

Venice - A source of inspiration

With CA’ D’ORO, the finest burnished gold refines pure black and white contrasts. The geometric interplay gives rise to classic stripes, squares, circles and other architectonic patterns.

Form MY CHINA!

With MY CHINA!, Michael Sieger has created a porcelain collection that, with its diversity, will make any host an inspired creator of ever new table arrangements. The collection's secret is the precisely explored and well-balanced system of dimension and form with it three basic shapes cylindrical, coupe and conical. This allows most products in the series to be combined with each other, on top of another, into each other, among one another and together to form new and exciting settings: maximising functionality.

My China! Ca' d'Oro

Minimalist and nonetheless opulent – with Ca’ d’Oro, the finest burnished gold refines pure black and white contrasts. The geometric interplay of Ca' d'Oro gives rise to classic stripes, squares, circles and other architectonic patterns. Gothic architecture of Venice inspired Michael Sieger to incorporate decorative elements found in intricate tracery. For this reason, the decor Ca' d'Oro draws on the form of the quatrefoil, which is reminiscent of a flower. That is why an exceptional building, the famous palazzo on the banks of the Grand Canal in Venice, lends its name to the collection. Ca’ d’Oro, the “golden house”, is dedicated to all those who appreciate precious materials. The delicate band of gold is applied and burnished by hand to each and every one of the pieces, and lends warmth to the otherwise understated decor Ca' d'Oro.
